You need a Shag Lamp?
Hello...
This is the first public appearance of ShagLamp.com.
As you can probably guess, it has to do with Shag — a high pile fabric made from a variety of unnatural materials and usually dyed with equally unnatural colors of lime green, burnt orange, and any color used to paint emergency vehicles.
It also has to do with Lamps. As the sole member of the Retro Lamp Rescue Society of America, I try to put a new light on these illuminous refugees from the 60's and 70's. By combining the bold "look at me" designs of these decades with an "over the top" hat of excessively saturated hues, the lamps become lively conversation pieces for people of all tastes.
